Welcome to Par One Homeowners Association!

Built in the mid 1980's, our association is located approximately 6 miles east of the shopping and restaurants at the 5th Avenue shops in Old Naples and approximately 7 miles east of Naples Beach. The association is within Golden Gate and comprised of multi-story building condominiums on a circle drive. Less than 1 mile north of Interstate 75.

Community amenities include: Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Community Pool, Clubhouse, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts and lush landscaping.
